About Us

Creative Health Care Solutions, Inc. was founded in 2006 by John and Marsha Snyder. It is the vision of Creative Health Care Solutions Inc. to provide homes and skill building opportunities for residents so they may become as independent as possible.

Some of our programs have a special emphasis to serve adults with histories of unsuccessful adjustment to other residential living programs, and who may have histories of repeated high cost emergency room visits, or inpatient hospitalizations. Our role is to reduce the resident's reliance on emergency room visits and costly inpatient hospitalizations, and permit the resident to become more independent, more aware on their health conditions, develop coping skills and become more self-reliant.

Since 2006 Creative Health Care Solutions has developed strong relationships in the community and with our funding sources. These relationships have permitted us to expand our services in Waukesha County and Southwestern Milwaukee County.

Our trained staff provide quality care, offering services with dignity, compassion and respect. Residents are challenged to learn new skills in a safe environment, where we can manage risks, yet allow the person to grow. Our homes include licensed Adult Family Homes and Supportive Living Programs. Our caregivers are experienced, highly trained and committed to ensuring a high-quality care for residents.
