Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:
Provide assistance and/or supervision to residents in activities of daily living, rights advocacy, personal care, changing briefs, showering, personal hygiene, meal planning, cooking, meal preparation, financial management, leisure activities, and symptom management according to the residents strengths and needs. Under the direction of the Program Manager or designee, provide support, guidance, supervision to residents as outlined in the Individual Service Plan (ISP) and CHCS Policy and Procedure Manual.
